Ab Circle Pro Review -- Does This Abdominal Machine Really Work?

The Ab Circle Pro is currently the most popular abdominal exercise machine in the world... by far! You can see ads for it everywhere... on TV, on the web, and even in magazines and newspapers. All this marketing has drummed up a lot of interest in this unique "as seen on TV" workout gadget. But the question remains: does the Ab Circle Pro machine really work??

In other words, by using the Ab Circle pro on a regular basis, are you actually going to lose weight, tone muscle, get fit, and build great-looking abdominal muscles... preferably in a short amount of time? Is this "treadmill for the abs" really the fastest and easiest way to get "flat, washboard abs" and that "sexy V-shape" millions of men and women are looking for (as the product's marketers promise us)? Is it truly the best solution for getting rid of belly fat and love handles in a fast, efficient manner?

Even if the Ab Circle Pro does provide all -- or even some -- of the fitness and fat loss benefits it claims to, is it worth the price? And what is the real cost of buying this piece of fitness equipment anyway? Finally, how does the Ab Circle stack up against other popular ab machines, "core muscle" exercises, and at-home workout options? Is it really a good home fitness option for you and your family?

We'll try to answer these questions as well as possible here. Enjoy and be sure to leave your comments in the space below!

Question 1: Does the Ab Circle Pro Really Work?

The short and simple answer to this is: yes, it works. The more complicated answer is: it really depends! The Ab Circle does "work" in that it can definitely help just about anyone tone and strengthen their ab muscles, "core" muscles (including lower back), leg muscles, glutes (butt muscles), arm muscles, and shoulder muscles. According to many customer reviews and testimonials, the Ab Pro Circle can provide a vigorous workout that gives good muscle-toning results and even some fat-burning results... but only if you use it on a regular basis.... at least 3 or 4 times a week. Like most things, you can't simply jump on it every once in awhile for a few minutes and think you're going to get a flat stomach, sexy thighs, or an entire "fitness model" body in 15 days.

Basically, if you're willing to put in some significant effort over an extended period of time (think months, not weeks), the Ab Circle Pro can help you get a fit, lean, sexy, and healthy body. The exercise motion principles behind the product are sound and, in fact, are much better than 95% of the "ab toning" products out there. The movements performed in an Ab Circle workout involve no dangerous "rounding" of the spine. This is a BIG advantage, especially considering the fact that a recent study showed that repeatedly rounding and stressing the spine (as is typical in sit-up or "crunch"-type movements) on a regular basis almost always leads to serious back problems in the future.

That being said, there's very little chance that the Ab Circle Pro -- all by itself -- is going to allow you to achieve all of your weight loss and fitness goals. Even though it's marketed as a "treadmill" for the abdominal muscles, this product's strength is not as a cardiovascular exercise machine. Almost any form of exercise can give you some cardio benefits. But that doesn't mean you're going to burn fat and lose pounds in the fastest, most-efficient way possible. No matter how much time you spend on an ab machine -- any ab machine -- you're not going to "spot reduce" and get rid of your belly fat without taking other vital steps (e.g. following a healthy diet plan and doing other forms of effective exercise).

Question 2: How Much Does the Ab Circle Pro Really Cost?

The true cost of the Ab Circle Pro is a matter of contention. The simple answer is that the product can be bought for about $200 dollars. The more complicated answer is that many, if not most, customers will end up paying more. Closer to $250 in many cases. That being said, we have seen used Ab Circles for sale on site like eBay and Craigslist. Often times they go for $200 or even less in some cases. And, just a heads up: if you choose to do the $14.95 30-day "trial" you're actually going to pay about 50 bucks initially, due to a $34.50 shipping and handling charge!

Question 3: Is the Ab Circle Pro Worth the Cost?

This is a question whose answer really depends on your personal situation. If $200-$250 isn't that too big of a hit for you, financially-speaking, then it's probably worth it to give the Ab Circle a try. After all, you're going to pay at least that much -- and probably a LOT more -- for any decent-quality home exercise machine. As stated above, this product can definitely help you burn calories and build a stronger, sexier midsection if you use it on a regular basis and if you follow a healthy fat loss diet (one is included with your purchase). On the other hand, if you don't have 200 bucks lying around waiting for you to spend, there are some good alternatives to the Ab Circle Pro. Even a simple exercise ball and/or a pull-up bar with arm or wrist straps can provide you with a fantastic workout that is significantly less expensive than the Ab Circle. There are literally dozens if not hundreds of ways to work the upper abs, lower abs, obliques, and pretty much the entire "core" area efficiently. The Ab Circle Pro is just one decent option who's main benefit/advantage is probably that it provides a unique and maybe even "fun" way to exercise, burn fat, and tone those important tummy muscles!

Question 4: What About the Negative Reviews?

If you spend any amount of time researching the many Ab Circle Pro customer reviews that can be found online, you'll notice that there are quite a few "negative" reviews out there. Lots of people who have bought this infomercial product aren't too happy with their purchase. Quite a few simply don't like how the machine works... or how it made them feel after using it. While reading many of the negative reviews and comments, you get the impression that the reviewers were expecting an easy -- or even an "effortless" -- home workout. After watching pretty much any of the overly-hypey Ab Circle commercials or Home Shopping Network promos, it's easy to see why some expect a lot of "results" for only a little bit of "effort". But you can't fault the marketers alone. Anyone who honestly believes they're going to get six-pack abs with minimal effort simply by using any "ab gadget" is more than a little delusional.

The other major type of negative Ab Circle Pro review revolves around its quality of construction. It appears that there are definitely some poorly-made examples out there. We've seen quite a few bad reviews that mentioned cracked plastic, broken knee pads, flaking paint, flimsy calorie-counters, and rough-riding "rollers." Of course, when you sell hundreds of thousands of any product (especially a made-in-China) product, a certain percentage are going to be duds. Fortunately, all Ab Circle Pro's come with a 60-day money-back guarantee... so, if you do get one, don't wait too long to start using it and checking for any "build problems" as soon as possible!

Question 5: Should You Buy an Ab Circle Pro? ("The Bottom Line")

So the question remains: should you purchase your own Ab Circle Pro? The simple answer is: probably yes... but only if you can afford it ($200+) and only if you're actually going to use it on a regular basis. If you can't afford to spend $200-$250 right now, or if you already know (possibly from past from experiences!) that you're not going to use it enough to get good results, you should probably pass on this one. Of course, you can also just simply do the $14.95 30-day trial (which actually costs about $50) and spend a month to see for yourself if the Ab Circle Pro really works for you personally.

No matter what, best of luck with your fitness and weight loss goals. If you do end up purchasing an Ab Circle, please be sure to leave your own reviews and testimonials below... thanks!

Cara's Ab Circle Pro Review

I bought an ab circle pro off the internet in august 2009. I wanted to try it using the $14.95 30-day trial. I figured I'd use it for a month and see how it went. If it didn't work, I'd just send it back. Well, the first negative I have for this product is that they charged me a $35 shipping and handling fee. I really don't mind paying for shipping but they should make it clearer that the "trial" is really about 50 bucks total, which would definitely change the minds of alot of potential customers I think! So anyway, I started using the product and initially did not like it so much. It's a little hard to get used to an exercise machine that requires you to be on your hands and knees the whole time. But after about a week I started to see the benefits of this piece of equipment. Since I have some back and neck problems, the ab circle pro is actually ideal for me because it doesn't make you round your spine. The first week of using it I felt a little bit of soreness in my neck and arms, but that went away once those muscle got stronger.

I've been using it at least 3 times a week for over a month and I've been getting some pretty good results, both in terms of losing weight and in terms of strengthening and toning my muscles. So does the ab circle pro really work? I can't say with 100% certainty that it will work for everyone who uses it. But so far it's helped me tighten up my midsection and lose a couple of pounds. In fact, it gives me a better cardio workout than I expected and now I think that may be it's biggest benefit. Hopefully I'll be able to lose some more fat and get a six-pack before next spring. If it really works as good as the commercial says, that should be no problem... right?? Haha... yeah, we'll see!

Ab Circle Pro Review from an Unhappy Customer

Here's a long review we received from a not-so-happy Ab Circle Pro customer...
Hi. I'm sending you this review because another site I posted it on took it down after just a couple of days for some reason. I assume that's because it reveals that the Ab Circle Pro isn't all it's cracked up to be! I've noticed that almost all of the published reviews and testimonials for this product are positive, which makes me think that someone is doing their best to keep "negative" reviews out of sight. I hope your blog isn't like that and that you do post this so that my own experiences can help others.

First off, let me just say that I think the idea behind the Ab Circle is a good one. I was told by a personal trainer friend of mine that abdominal exercises that require flexing the spine and "rounding" the back are very bad and can cause serious back/spine problems over time. So the way that the Ab Circle Pro keeps your back straight while allowing you to exercise your core muscles is good... at least in theory.

Here's the problem with this product: it's not made very well! At least many of them aren't, including the one shipped to me! The thing started falling apart on me literally the first day I used it. Both kneepads had cracks in them, paint started flaking off in bunches, and the rollers stopped rolling smoothly around the circular track.... all in a matter of hours. Also, the plastic electronic timer/calorie counter would not stay on the machine at all, no matter what I did. It started falling off within the first 10 minutes of my first attempted workout. After just a couple days of use other small parts started falling off as well.

Could I still do the ab workout routines? Yes. Was it enjoyable trying to exercise on a cheaply made machine that was falling apart during use? No, not really! The strange thing about the Ab Cirlce is that the steel it's made from is pretty heavy duty. As I believe the commercial says: "gym quality" steel construction. That's fine and great. But if you attach a bunch of cheap, low-quality plastic junk onto that heavy duty steel it really doesn't make a difference now does it?

I can't say for sure that ALL Ab Circle Pros are made as badly as mine is. A girlfriend of mine bought one last month and swears she's had no problems with it... yet. I've also seen other Ab Circle Pro reviews that swear it's the best home exercise machine out there. So maybe it's just the luck of the draw and you just have to hope you get one of the "good" ones. But for $200 dollars I don't think it is too much to ask for a decent-quality workout machine that doesn't fall apart as you're using it!

Jack's Ab Circle Review

Here's an interesting review sent in from a reader from Washington:
Hi. I bought the Ab Circle Pro after seeing it on HSN. It was delivered very quickly, arriving just a couple day after I ordered it. My wife and I were looking for something to have at home to help us lose fat and tone up. We figured this was a good solution for both of us, especially since the abs/belly area is the main "problem area" for both of us. Well, after more than 2 months of using it, our opinions differ completely! I can't stand to use the thing... and my wife loves it. I've used it less than 10 times and I doubt I'll ever use it again. It's just not designed for a relatively large guy like me. Comfort-wise it's a no-go and I just had to give it up and go back to the treadmill. My wife on the other hand uses the Ab Circle several times a week. She really enjoy its and best off all, she's lost about 5 lbs and a couple inches from her waist. Needless to say she's happy with the thing. The bottom line in my opinion is that the Ab Circle Pro is really designed for women's smaller bodies... not for men!

Jack L., Seattle, WA

Thanks for the insightful review Jack. We hope you find an exercise solution that works for you!

Valery's Customer Review

Here's a nice review sent to us from a reader:

I've had my ab circle pro for a month or so. I've been using it at least 3 times per week since it arrived. It definitely works your abdominal muscles and your entire "core", including the love handles and lower back, very well. you also really feel the exercise in your shoulders, arms, hips, and thighs. overall, the workouts are not as easy as they make it look in the commercials but i guess that's a good thing. a harder workout means more sweat and (hopefully) more fat loss! about the knee pads: they definitely should have more/better padding. that's my biggest complaint. if you have knee troubles this isn't the fitness machine for you! the timer and calorie counter are nice additions but i have a better calorie monitor that i use for all my workouts so the ones on the Ab Circle don't get used that much. so far i've lost about 8 pounds doing the ab circle workouts as well as some treadmill jogging and elliptical machine training. i was doing weight lifting before but since the machine leaves my arms, shoulders, back so sore i gave it up for the time being. hopefully i'll be able to lose at least 20 lbs within the next couple of months and i think the Ab Circle Pro will help me do that.

Valery F., Boise, ID

Thanks Valery. We hope you're able to get rid of those 20 extra pounds too. Good luck and thanks a bunch for the great review!

Consumer Review: Ab Circle Pro

Here's a consumer review of the Ab Circle Pro machine from a reader:
Hi. I began using the Ab Circle Pro in May of 2009. I've successfully lost about 20 pounds in that time (with diet and other exercise of course). I've also toned up all the muscles in my body, especially in my hips, thighs, arms, and especially abdominal/core area. So far I'm pretty happy with my Ab Circle Pro. I'd give it about a 6 or 7 out of 10. My only "big" complaint is that it can be a little tough on the knees, especially if you use it alot like I do. I was using it nearly every day for 2 months and the pads started to wear down. I was able to find a solution fortunately by adding some heavy-duty soft rubber to the pads. This really made my workouts alot more comfortable and enjoyable. More effective as well! I think this first version of the Ab Circle is a pretty decent product. I just hope they make the next version with a little more focus on comfort. It seems to be contructed out of about 90% high-quality materials. Bump that up to about 95% and you've got yourself the ideal home workout machine. It is after those "little things" that make all the difference, especially when you're talking about workout equipment. After all, if it hurts most people just aren't going to do it! Anyway, that's my review. I'm a pretty happy Ab Circle Pro customer and glad I made the investment overall. My fitter and now much sexier body is happy too! Hope this information helps your readers...

Jen's Ab Circle Pro Review

Here's a customer review of the Ab Circle Pro machine from Jen H., a reader from Wyoming...

I just got my Ab Circle Pro 2 weeks ago and so far I absolutely LOVE it! I can honestly say that it's the first piece of home fitness equipment that I actually enjoy using for long periods of time. I bought a treadmill years ago and have used it probably less than 50 times because it's so boring. The ab circle is much more fun to use. And the best part is that I can actually feel it working my abs, thighs, shoulders, arms, etc. After just a half hour on my new "ab treadmill" I feel my entire body burning (but in a good way) and I know that I've just burned a bunch of calories and hopefully body fat. My abs are definitely becoming stronger and more defined and the same goes for my things, shoulders, and arms. I absolutely love the Ab Circle Pro (so far at least) and I just thought I'd share my experience with your readers. Anyone who's looking for a nice piece of home exercise equipment that you'll actually use should definitely think about investing in an Ab Circle. I'm not sure if men will enjoy the hip swinging motion as much as women because my husband has yet to try it. I'm sure some will though. I think with my current low-carb diet and my daily Ab Circle workouts I'll be able to lose these last 10 lbs and get back to my "ideal" body I had a couple of years ago before I had my baby. With me luck! :-)
Thanks Jen... that was a great review! Anyone else who'd like to share their own informative reviews with the world can send them to us at: justfitreviews [at] gmail.com

We'd love to hear from you... thanks!

A Great Ab Circle Pro Review

Here's a great review of the Ab Circle Pro home exercise machine that was recently sent to us by a helpful reader:

Almost everyone has scene the late night infomercial for Ab Circle Pro. The makers of this product assert that you can get visible abs and lose up to 10 pounds with only three minutes of use for two weeks. However, these are the same assertions that other exercise products promise. So is the Ab Circle Pro just another scam or does it actually produce results?

As for results, the overwhelming consensus is that it does help to tone abs. Although, just a "few" minutes of working out on the Ab Circle Pro by itself is not nearly enough to create lean abdominal definition. The machine should be used for about 20 to 30 minutes followed by 30 minutes of other exercises, such as strength training or cardio exercise. While the makers state that it provides both an intense cardio and ab-building workout, this is simply not 100% true. The amount of muscle worked is minimal since much of the turning power comes from momentum, not your muscles pushing against weight. That being said, this fitness device does help many users lose weight quickly when combined with other forms of exercise and a healthy, lower-calorie diet. So if weight loss is your biggest concern, then you may want to consider the Ab Circle Pro.

While this product can show results, other aspects of the Ab Circle Pro make it a questionable purchase. One of the problems with this device is that it seems to be made cheaply. There are reports of the support bar and frictionless track breaking and the knee pads being very uncomfortable and even painful. Probably the most egregious problem with the Ab Circle Pro is the supposed 30 day trial for $14.95. Unfortunately, with the trial you have to pay $34.95 for shipping and handling. If you choose to return the product, then you must pay another $34.95 again. You pay almost half of the original price of $200 just to try out the Ab Circle Pro even if you just return it.

Although this exercise device can produce results, the promises of toned abs and major weight loss with minimal effort are false. In reality, this machine can help you lose weight, but not by itself (without a clean diet and other forms of exercise) and not just by using it for a few minutes a few times per week. Additionally, the cost of the Ab Circle Pro may be too high for the quality of the product. If the company were to reduce this product’s price by about $50 to $100, or offer special discount prices, then it could definitely be a great investment as a home workout option. Until then though, you should be very sure that this is the piece of home fitness equipment you want (read: you'll definitely use it often!) before you decide to purchase it. Otherwise, you may end up with a large bill and another unused infomercial product.

Ab Circle Pro Review

In the health and fitness market today, every one is looking for a miracle product. Some people think that they can lose weight just by waving a magic wand at them. What they can get instead is the Ab Circle Pro. While there are no miracles that can help anyone lose weight, the Ab Circle Pro definitely helps. Normal ab exercises require you to lie down on the floor on your back. If you do not have a personal trainer guiding you through the process, it will be very difficult to do a sit up or crunch correctly. Doing this by yourself can also put you at risk of straining every muscle in your body, except your stomach muscles. This can not only seriously hurt your back and neck but also prevent you from getting a proper workout. Without doing perfect crunches, your stomach and waistline will stay the same. The Ab Circle Pro does not allow this to happen, though. This device raises you off from the floor and puts your body into a perfect crunch position with your spine and neck in alignment.

While the machine looks quite strange, it is safe and quite easy to use. In addition, it folds flat for simple storage anywhere. Set up takes only seconds and very little floor space is required. The Ab Circle Pro is built with a comfortable kneepad and padded handles. Your hips are swung back and forth across a friction free tack. This motion exercises your stomach and oblique muscles while providing you with a cardio exercise to burn that excess fat blocking your abdominal muscles. The cardio workout also conditions your heart and lungs for better performance and improved overall health. Exercising by using the Ab Circle Pro burns far more calories than by doing only cardio or toning workouts. The Ab Circle Pro allows you to receive both of these benefits in the same amount of time. The cardio and toning exercises provided by the Ab Circle Pro are so effective, that weight loss and waist reduction are visible within two weeks of use.

You can try the Ab Circle Pro in the privacy of your own home for a 30 free trial, paying only $14.95 for shipping and handling. If you decide to keep it, this device costs only $200 which can be paid in monthly increments. If you are ready for quick, easy, and fun weight loss and core muscle toning, then do not hesitate to buy the Ab Circle Pro.

More Ab Circle Pro Reviews

Ab Circle Pro Review #1

The Ab Circle Pro has been termed as a treadmill for your abs. While this may seem like a strange comparison, you will be able to understand once you see its unique design. This abdominal fitness device sets you on all fours, off of the floor, with comfortable kneepads and handles to swing your body. In this position, all of the core and waist muscles are kept in a perfect alignment while you glide side to side on the flat and friction free track. The Ab Circle Pro also combines a cardio exercise with this workout, as you will be burning an immense amount of calories for fat loss while you are sculpting lean and toned abdominal muscles.

Most people already have an abdominal six-pack but a layer of fat covers the muscles. By strengthening and building abdominal muscles with crunches in tandem with a fat burning cardiovascular exercise, your six-pack is sure to appear. It is much easier to do a crunch or sit up incorrectly than it is to do one correctly. If these are not done properly, then you would most likely end up with a sore and painful neck and back. To add insult to injury, it is probable that you will not have any results either. The Ab Circle Pro eliminates the need to know how to do a correct and perfect crunch, making the advantages of this machine clear. The Ab Circle Pro gets you off of the floor to work your abs effectively and painlessly, while keeping them flat and in perfect position for an ideal crunch every time. Just place yourself on the machine, watch and follow the included instructional video, and the Ab Circle Pro will do the rest.

By using the Ab Circle Pro, you will never have to do another crunch ever again. Your abdominal muscles are kept flat throughout the exercise and in perfect form, allowing you to make them strong and tone very quickly. The swinging movement of this machine workouts your obloquies, eliminating those stubborn love handles. The all fours position will also let you tone your arms, shoulders, and chest muscles as they support the weight of your upper body. You can see results in only two weeks.

Ab Circle Pro Review #2

Do you have those ugly love handles that never seem to be able to go away, the “pouch” that so many women are unfortunately stuck with after having a baby, or interested in losing some weight? If you fall under any of these categories or just want an exercise machine that works effectively and quickly, then the Ab Circle Pro may be right for you.

The Ab Circle Pro is the latest fitness device designed to help people lose weight fast. This machine allows you to do not only an abdominal exercise but also a cardiovascular workout, allowing for quick fat loss and visible abdominal muscles. If you are like millions of others, you can ask, “What is the best and most useful way to do a crunch?” Most people have no clue how to do a proper crunch and usually end up hurting their necks and backs with no results in attempting to do to so. The Ab Circle Pro fixes this problem by having you do a perfect crunch every time.

It is important that you keep up a healthy diet while using the Ab Circle Pro for best results. If you are being reminded of other exercise products that fail to deliver any results, lose that thought now. This apparatus is proven to help anyone burn fat and build muscle quickly. The Ab Circle Pro is incredibly easy to use. Just follow the instructional video and the Ab Circle Pro will do the rest of the work for you. There is no need to know how to do a perfect crunch.

The Ab Circle Pro moves back and forth over a track that has no friction to give you an even exercise over your abdomen. While your stomach is working out, your waist is also being toned. In addition, you will be getting a great cardiovascular exercise to burn your excess fat. The machine can be altered to give your buns and thighs a workout, as well. Also, the act of your arms and shoulders supporting your upper body on the Ab Circle Pro will build muscle and bone density.

With the Ab Circle Pro, a toned stomach and waistline is only two weeks away and with minimal usage. No more insane diets or painful sit ups, the Ab Circle Pro gets you results quickly and easily.

Ab Circle Pro Review #3

Traditional abdominal workouts mean that you have to get on the ground, lie on your back, and do the same repetitive, and usually painful, motion. Without a personal trainer, it is very difficult to do a proper and perfect crunch or sit up. With the Ab Circle Pro, however, you are raised off of the floor onto all fours, allowing you to exercise your abdominal muscles properly and without the strain on your neck and back.

Setting up the Ab Circle Pro takes only seconds and its small, foldable, and compact design makes it very easy to store almost anywhere. You will be placing your knees and a comfortable pad while your upper body is supported by a padded handle bar. This position keeps your neck and spine in a straight line while you exercise on the Ab Circle Pro. As you swing your hips backwards and forwards in a circular motion, the kneepads will slide along a track, offering no friction whatsoever. This movement exercises your abdomen muscles as well as your waist. While on the Ab Circle Pro, your heart and lungs will be pumping, giving you an incredible cardiovascular workout. This gives you the ability to shed that unwanted fat, exposing your six-pack while also conditioning your heart and lungs. Exercising using this method will help you burn much more calories than cardiovascular or toning exercises, by themselves.

A cardio workout conditions the heart and lungs for improved health and enhanced function, while exercising the core muscles creates a lean and fit wait and stomach. The amount of fat burned is greatly increased, with weight loss and waistline reduction guaranteed after only two weeks of use with only minutes of exercising a day. The Ab Circle Pro also comes with a nutritional guide to help you on your path to fat loss.

The Ab Circle Pro is made from gym quality steel and is built to last a lifetime. It is also built with three levels of resistance, making it perfect for any fitness level. Currently, the Ab Circle Pro is selling for five payments of $39.95. The company is also offering a 30 day free trial for only $14.95 shipping and handling.

2 New Ab Circle Pro Reviews

Here are a couple of new Ab Circle Pro reviews we've received in the past few days. Remember, if you have your own review or testimonial of the product, and you want to share it with the world, please send it to us at:

justfitreviews [at] gmail.com

hi. i bought the ab circle pro machine about a month ago thru an ad i saw on a website. i've been using it almost every day since i arrived and i put it together. so far i enjoy using it. you definitely feel a "burn" in your abs and its not nearly as boring as some of the other abdominal gadgets i've bought or used in the past. i think i'll stick with it for awhile. i've also been doing a lot of cardio so hopefully i'll get those washboard abs the people in the commercial have!

- Rachel H., Utah

I've been using the Ab Circle for a few weeks and I doubt I'll be using it much longer. The thing is not so great to use. It's just uncomfortable, especially for the knees. Definitely NOT the "easiest" way to get abs like the commercials say! My mom, brother, and best friend all tried it and they all came to the same conclusion. The only good thing is that it doesn't put as much strain on the back as most typical ab machines do. Still, I would recommend buying something other than the Ab Circle Pro if you really want to get a good home workout machine.

Customer Review

Here's a customer review that was sent to us by an Ab Circle Pro customer named Julie:
Hi. My husband bought me the Ab Circle Pro in May and I have to say that I'm definitely not thrilled with this machine. It's not the worst piece of exercise equipment I've ever bought but it's really not all that great. After using it (or at least trying to use it) at least 4 times a week for nearly 2 months, I've pretty much given up on it. At first it seemed like a novel and enjoyable way to workout and burn off some of my belly fat for summer bikini season. That lasted for about 2 and a half weeks. After that it became an unenjoyable "chore" to use. I almost always ended up spending less than 10 minutes on it before I just got tired of the thing. It's not that it's really uncomfortable. In fact in terms of comfort it beats most other abdominal machines I've used. It's just that the unnatural "hip swing" movement gets really boring and monotonous really fast. Yes, you do work up a sweat and, yes, you can feel it in your abs/midsection... but there are other more enjoyable ways to do the same things. I actually prefer running on a boring treadmill to the swinging around on the Ab Circle Pro. Anyway, that's my 2 cents. I hope you can use this on your blog so it helps someone else.

Another Ab Circle Pro Review

The Ab Circle Pro is the most recent ab toning device on the market. It is also one of the best. This abdominal fitness device works in a novel and unique style to tone your body without placing any unneeded stress on your core muscles. Other ab toning machines focus on performing a motion over and over again, which is not only repetitive but can also be painful. These moves do not exercise your core muscles efficiently or effectively. The Ab Circle Pro eliminates these strange and painful motions and replaces them with a natural circular motion. By moving in nearly a full circle, you will be able to workout your core muscles in a way that is natural, easy, and useful. Since inertia will help you in your circular movement, you will find that it takes less power to exercise with this abdominal machine. While this seems easy on your body, it will produce some incredible results!

The Ab Circle Pro does more than only focusing on your core. The swinging circular motion also doubles as a cardiovascular workout, by forcing your heart to pump faster and your lungs to work harder. By removing the pin that holds the seat in place, you can also turn the Ab Circle Pro into an exercise device that can workout your buns, hips, and thighs. This machine allows you to tone your entire body with a small and compact piece of exercise equipment, saving you money and space. The Ab Circle can be folded for storage for almost any compartment, including under a bed or in a closet. Treadmills and home gyms take up a significant amount of space, making them almost impossible to use in a small house or apartment.

An impressive benefit of the Ab Circle Pro is that you are only required to spend a few minutes to achieve a toned stomach and waist. Since you do not have to spend hours on this machine, you can get an effective workout no matter how busy your schedule is. In only two weeks and less than half an hour of exercising every other day, you will see significant results and can lose up to ten pounds. What are you waiting for? The path to toned abs is open to you with the Ab Circle Pro.
